CES 2017 to Feature Samsung POWERbot VR7000 Robot Vacuum

"The POWERbot VR7000's navigational features and sensors combined with slim design and increased suction power help make sure the job gets done".

You can control the POWERbot VR7000 using voice commands through an Amazon Echo. Samsung has developed a robot vacuum to surprise customers. Samsung's robot vacuums, which go by the name "Powerbot", are learning new tricks faster than much of their peers, and now you can even control the autonomous beasts with your voice, thanks to new compatibility with Amazon's Alexa voice assistant. However, Samsung has stressed much on how the voice command will be integrated with the Echo but as per the now surfaced outline, it can be expected to work and activate as a self-driven device. The POWERbotVR7000 can map and remember your room, and work around small items less than 0.4 of an inch, Samsung promised.

Its latest offering may well be the most 2017 product we've seen lined up for the electronics show yet - a robotic vacuum that features Amazon Echo voice compatibility.

It also features a self-cleaning brush system that "significantly reduces the amount of dust and hair that gets trapped in the bristles", Samsung said.

According to The Verge, the South Korean high-tech giant Samsung has been making robot vacuum cleaners for a while now.

The 20 watt robot vacuum cleaner is smaller than previous models.

"The POWERbot VR7000 keeps up with the floor care needs of today's busy families", said Byung-Sam Seo, President of Home Appliances at Samsung Electronics.

Users can control and view numerous devices' actions, such as starting and stopping, scheduling and checking cleaning history, through an app, as well as the Amazon Echo. The company will demo the POWERbot VR7000 Robot Vacuum at CES too. It's safe to assume that Samsung will show off the POWERbot VR7000 at CES 2017, which begin on Tuesday, Jan 3, 2017.
