Nicki Minaj Calls Out Giusepee Zanotti On Twitter

'Wore them on the cover of Cosmo.

However, she had to face the facts when Nicki Minaj, 34, unleashed rants against famed shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti via Twitter and Instagram on February 3.

Nicki Minaj didn't stop there: "Just go on google, you'll see all the different pairs he's named after me". The rapper said the designer once told her she inspired him to create a sneaker in her honor, but when she asked him to partner with her on something bigger, she was turned away.

Nicki Minaj has publicly slammed fashion designer Giuseppe Zanotti, accusing him of "racism and disrespect" in a row over his the designer's latest range of shoes.

Minaj could be referring to Zanotti's recent collaborations with other music artists Jennifer Lopez and Zayn Malik. But the brand continued selling its Nicki sneakers - which Minaj viewed as yet another example of designers feeling "inspired" by Black women but not giving them a platform. "RunMeMyCHECK #GiuseppeWhatsGood I got time today", she tweeted.

She then implored her fans to generate attention towards the falling-out, stating: "The racism and disrespect won't be tolerated". "You're not taking MY call?" Within minutes of the tweets, #GiuseppeWhatsGood started trending worldwide on Twitter, with fans commenting both hashtags all over the brand's Instagram account.

No suspects have been arrested yet, but police believe the crime may have been committed by someone who knows the 34-year-old singer. Give some money to charity in my name or smthn'.
