Mario Yamasaki Admits he Stopped UFC Fight Night 105 Headliner Late

While Ronda Rousey is in the middle of one of the leanest phases of her life and career, UFC's Derrick Lewis, nicknamed the "Black Beast", is possibly taking full advantage of her situation.

Lewis had a tough fight with Browne on Sunday, although in the video addressing his broken foot, he said, "I been in tougher fights".

Rather than pounce on the opening, Browne stayed patient so he wouldn't walk into one of Lewis' powerful counter punches while trapping him against the cage.

Mixed martial arts (MMA) referee Mario Yamasaki understands fans who say he stopped the UFC Fight Night 105 main event late.

Browne relocated to Las Vegas for this training camp to fix some of the errors that cost him in recent performance and as the fight got underway it appeared that everything was going to plan.

Browne was landing heavy body kicks and leg kicks and making it hard for Lewis to close the distance.

"I just got do number two, that's all", Lewis said. Play matchmaker and give us your ideal opponent for Lewis in the comment section!

After trashing Browne and courting Ronda Rousey post-fight, Lewis' unpredictability has instantly become must-see TV, too.

With both men visibly gassed, Lewis slipped a Browne right hand and came over the top with a thudding short right hook to the temple, which sent "Hapa" backwards. Fighting every other month or every two months like that puts me in a bad mood at home with my family.

Lewis was riding a five fight win streak going into the fight, winning four by stoppage. So I feel like I just need some time off.

When he does return, Lewis will certainly be headed for a huge heavyweight bout.
