Colts Starting Nose Tackle David Parry Arrested in Arizona

Indianapolis Colts defensive lineman David Parry was arrested in Scottsdale, AZ over the weekend after cops say he attacked a golf cart taxi driver, stole the vehicle. and CRASHED IT. Police say they found the National Football League player after he crashed into a gate.

According to police, the driver had picked up Parry and two other people and that the alleged assault and theft occurred after the driver dropped off the other two people and got out to be paid.

Investigators determined there was no connection between Parry and the two other men who were riding, and police arrested him.

That's when Parry got belligerent and profane, according to a police report obtained by TMZ. Police also noted that Parry was "dry heaving" during throughout the arrest.

Parry was a 2015 fifth round draft pick out of Stanford.

When all was said and done, Parry was charged with driving under the influence, auto theft, suspicion of robbery, criminal damage and resisting arrest.

"We are aware of the reports and are gathering more information", the Colts told the Star on Monday night.

Obviously, with new general manager Chris Ballard in town, this isn't the best way to endear yourself to your new boss, who has no previous attachment to you-especially since the Colts could be looking to upgrade over Parry anyways at starting nose tackle.
