49ers, Bears & Jets 'most eager' to trade back in top 10

There isn't a clear-cut top quarterback in this years draft which makes it even more hard to predict who will be selected where in this years draft.

Considering Bills owner Terry Pegula joined coach Sean McDermott and general manager Doug Whaley when they worked out Trubisky and other quarterbacks, it's not insane to think the Bills could draft a quarterback at No. 10 or earlier if they trade up. Trubisky was just a one-year starter for the Tar Heels, but he's a local product with the physical and mental tools to be a quality starter at the next level. In fact, he may not be on the board when the Bears pick at three. If they believe Trubisky or any of the other quarterbacks could be that answer, it would be tough to fault them for doing what they have to do to bring that man to Buffalo. It's like the Ron Wolf theory - when the [Packers] had Brett Favre, they kept drafting QBs - they'd draft one every year - Matt Hasslebeck, Aaron Brooks, Mark Brunell, Ty Detmer - [and] they flipped all those guys for draft picks. It's much easier to talk about making that move than it is to actually make the move.

The days before the selections are going down while chatter is starting to heat up - a lot.

On the surface, it would seem like the Buffalo Bills are content with their quarterback situation after they worked out a new deal with Tyrod Taylor.

Are the Bears ready to make the jump and take a QB at No. 3? San Francisco is said to be "open to the idea of moving down from no. 2" to get additional draft picks. We highlighted him as a potential second-round pick. Or the 49ers could complete a deal with one of those few aggressive teams and potentially ruin all of the Bears' chances.

Who are the mystery teams that have a dialogue with the Bears that want to move up, too?

The Browns could garner an extra pick (or two), draft Thomas and then be able to take their quarterback with the 12th pick.

We are inching closer and closer to what we've all been waiting for - the 2017 NFL Draft. The Browns coached both Pumphrey and Taylor during Senior Bowl week.
